Welcome to McColl Elementary/Middle School Counseling webpage!  This page will provide you with information about our counseling program, counselor-related activities and events and useful resources.

A school counseling program is comprehensive, developmental, clearly defined, and accountable.  The program is proactive in its focus.  It promotes and enhances the learning process for all students through academics, career awareness, and self-awareness.

The School District of Marlboro County’s Comprehensive Developmental Guidance and Counseling Program is an integral part of each school’s educational program.  The role of the counselor is determined by the developmental needs of students.  The program provides sequential activities that address personal/social, academic and career needs of students.  It is implemented by certified counselors with the support of all stakeholders.
